REFUNDS POLICY

Please choose carefully because we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act. However, while customers need to pay shipping costs when returning the goods, we will discuss the return and payment of shipping costs for return after we discuss the problem with you.

 

DISPATCH & DELIVERIES POLICY

We will endeavour to despatch all goods within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your order unless there is some delay. Customers will always be immediately advised of this delay and given the opportunity to discuss the situation.

Otherwise, the customer should be aware of the expected approximate time of arrival of any order. Customers should not at any time try to change their mind by refusing to accept delivery as they will not be refunded.
